I've been coming to this mall since it opened. Who remembers Farrell's Ice Cream Shop or the ice skating rink? It still is a wonderful mall with a diverse selection of shops and a generally safe environment. But, I removed a star because of the aggressive salespeople at 2 of the kiosks (Special Olympics & some shoe protection product) and for the homeless person sleeping on a bench in the center of the mall.

Woodfield mall is, bluntly, really nice. The design of the building itself is gorgeous, and never fails to impress me. I really do love the multi-tier, sophisticated, and asymmetrical plan. Shopping here isn't necessarily a chore as much as it is something to look forward to. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

This is a great place for people-watching. We were here accidentally looking for friends for dinner. A very large mall with a wide selection of people, items, and stores. Most people would enjoy it. Not really my idea of a pleasant experience because it is so huge.

Honestly, the only complaint one can give this mall is the fact that there is so much to do! Fantastic place to shop and the new food court is AMAZING! The build your own pizza is a MUST if you're a pizza fan!

My son is getting married and we will have a shower at home. IKEA has luncheon and dessert plates for 79 cents! I was shopping around to rent plates and I couldn't rent plates for less than that! My sister and I each bought 30 of each. We're ready for engagement parties, showers, baptisms, Thanksgiving, whatever!! And best of all they're not made in China!

My wife and I WERE regular customers. Until we tried returning their ooze tanks 1 day later than their accepted policy on their receipts lol. So much for being loyal to your customers... SCAM. IF YOU ARE A REGULAR SMOKER. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM OWNER

This place sucks the guys wants to push and sell you what ge wants and will not even listen to what flavor your asking for they are very rude and unprofessional and there prices are very high they charged me $45 for a bottle that was o. There web site for $25..I didn't find out until after so I will never go back more will I recommend this place to anyone

This place is overpriced and the guy is pushy rude. Don't shop here. Go to a different smokovapor store if you want a better price The store on Lake Street in Addison is a better store.

Great place and very knowledgeable staff, large selection of juice and flavors. Had everything I was looking for and many sample bottles available that made it very easy to find a flavor I liked. Would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable buying experience.
