Went in and asked for recommendations for a durable and trust worthy vape. Was sold a vape that broke before I drove 10 minuets back to my house. These people are clueless.

Purchased a Smok prince stick (Awful product). Did not work properly and was leaking everywhere so I took it back the next day. The guy managed to get the thing working for a couple days, but I have no idea what he did. Broke again several days later. The whole experience of returning to ask for help getting the vape fixed was just bizarre. The first employee wanted to wait for his boss to get in to take a look at it since he knew more about the products. Once his boss got into the store they sat down and were in awe at the sight of some crystal menthol in container of juice. After looking at this for a good 10 mins, he offered minimum assistance and temporarily fixed my vape. Only to have it break again. Brought up the three month warranty on the product. He did not show any interest in helping me pursue that. Would not recommend. Will not return. -- Response: so you knew there was a problem with the coil and did not offer to replace it or even reccomend I switch it out with the other coil that came with the device ? I also had to buy more juice just to get you guys to look at the thing since I did not have the juice I bought from you the day before with me.

I've been coming to this vape shop for years and now that I'm not working in the area, I STILL go out of my way to visit there. It's a 45 min drive so that should tell you something. I've been to a dozen vape shops all around the city and I still come back to VU! I've bought several mods from them and while you do get what what you pay for, I've never been disappointed. I absolutely love their vape juices, I've had people who work at other shops take a whiff of VU's mango and demand to know where I got it so they can get some too! The staff are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful in my, now successful, quest to quit smoking the real thing! I've brought friends to their shop in their steps in buying their first ecig or mod. They've always been able to answer my questions and never talk me into something more expensive if that's not what I want. I've worked in retail for over 20 years and I can tell you, they treat their customers right!
