Went in thinking my batteries were bad David was very helpful turned out my mod was bad so he helped me pick out a new one and how to set it up. I couldn't be happier with my new smok t-priv thank you and I'll be recommending Kalamazoo to every vaper I know 👍

Went in with a mod that was reading low ohm. I said I needed a new coil. He wiped a towel on it, tried it again,said same thing. Told me that my mod was bad and that I had to buy a new one. So I did. Upon opening the new one and putting the tank that was on my old mod on to the new 1, the new mod read the same thing, low ohm... I was then told that there is no refunds. Made a $100 sale,but lost a 2 year customer.
