I've been in a few times now and the customer service has been excellent. The shop is well organized, inviting, and has an amazing selection of house and name-brand flavors as well as gear.

I like the selection and staff, but I've tried to come here twice in the past weeks and they just don't follow their hours posted. Why say you are open at 11 but at 12 you are still closed? Just update your hours so I don't waste my time driving all the way just to have to sit and wait. Otherwise when it's open, great place .
