Every time I go in this store I have an awesome experience! They have great advice, and great customer service! These guys will tell you the honest truth about the stuff you're buying. I went in today because my mod broke and needed to purchase a new one. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with not only a new mod, but also a new mouthpiece and battery charger. They have an excellent rewards program so I got more stuff for WAY less than I was expecting to spend! Thank you for running a great shop!

1st time at Cool Clouds and had a GREAT experience there. Picked up a few juices and will definitely be back. S/O to the staff too! Shelby was a big help!

Staff is extremely helpful. They go out of their way to ensure satisfaction with mods, tanks, and juices. Prices are on par with it her establisments, but their service sets them apart.

Ita a nice and cool place to get some intresting juices, however I bought two vape mods from there and both ended up giving me problems. The first one I got however ended up being lost by me. But the second one I got i still have and it now is leaking after only owning it for a month or so and the coils seem to burn weirdly and end up making the flaver of the juice to taste burnt even if I change the coil it tastes bunt so I would not recommend buying a mod from there but the juices are nice.

Came in needing only a coil, left with juice and some batteries too. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. 10/10 will be coming back soon. Also prices, can’t beat them
