Been in shop a few times. Never had a bad experience per say, but this last time I was in, was a great experience. I have bought a ton of different devices all over and all have either failed on me or I lost interest in them all together. Charles showed me a new type of mod called the Orion and I absolutely love this thing. He explained everything about it to me and was really good about answering my questions. I was reluctant to buy it at first, because I thought it would end just like the other 10 that I got, but he did a good job selling it to me and I have to say he knows his stuff. This is the most killer device I’ve ever owned and it’s worth every penny. Also they have my favorite juice out of all the different places I’ve been to. So, thanks Charlie, I appreciate your knowledge and patience, and you’ve got one happy customer right here in me🤙🏻

They always sell to the minor kids. Every time i go in there teenagers in the store. And they never give good customer service

So I bought 100grams of the Bali Earth Kratom. It’s not that I didn’t like the effects it was given me. Its the fact that I wasn’t getting any effects at all. Within two hours ate at least 20-25 grams! NOTHING. So I called and informed Gino about my disappointing situation. He said he would inform his manager. When I showed up with the rest of the Earth Kratom I had bought the day before. He took it and replaced it with different brand. SO COOL!!! Thanks guys, you have yourself a loyal customer now!!!
