This is one if the best Vapes stores, hands down in Chicago. Matt is very knowledgeable on his products and the world of vaporizers. When I walked in from the beginning, I was very impressed with the set up, and feel of the place. Matt and I went through many different styles of vaporizers and flavors. It was great to learn even more on the types of Vapes that you can choose and customize for yourself. When everything was said and done, I walked out of there with 2 Vapes and a new perspective on the product. Thank you Matt for all your help!! Great Place, Very happy costumer!

Haven't even been to the store, but I called and talked to Mo. He was unbelievably helpful in explaining vaping to a newbie. Definitely look forward to visiting the shop!

Awesome service..Matthew was very very knowledgeable, and helpful. I just got into vaping and was curious about mechanical mods and cloud chasing. He explained it to me, and actually setup a whole mod and atty for me and gave me a great deal. In addition you can try out all the flavors..if u ever wanted to experience vaping beyond just watching utube, u need to go here!

I'm pretty sure that most if not all of the 5-star reviews are fake. This place is totally unprofessional and sells bum products. I got an Ego-CTwist from this place a month ago and now it's useless. The threads are gone and the cartomizer can no longer screw in. The store apparently won't stand behind faulty products that they sell and I'm stuck with a $40 paper-weight. They will only back their products for a whopping 7 days and then you're SOL. Drove to this store on two separate occasions to get more juice and they were closed during business hours. Their phone is shut-off so you have no way of contacting them. I paid ahead of time for a juice that was supposed to arrive a few days later. I was supposed to get a call and that call never came. I decided to just go in a few days later and was told that I wanted was never ordered. On top of this all, as a first time vaper, these guys take no time to explain to you how vaping and all the components work. I've been to some other stores in the area that will take their time explaining how everything works, but these guys make no attempt to do that, and when you try get some answer they always draw a blank. Top that off with the fact that this store is perpetually out-of-stuck and you have the recipe for a 1-star store. Buyers beware!!
