Newbie at this and the sales person talked me through everything. Leaving out no details. Made me feel very comfortable about my decision and did not try to up sell anything. Told me "I would start with one of these devices". He could have suggested anything he wanted, but went ahead and suggested the correct items. You guys earned a new customer and I will most definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. Keep up the good work. Get Comcast to hurry up and fix your internet,
