I wish I could write a good review but sadly I cannot. I started vaping 3 months ago and turned to this company for advice and the purchase of supplies. Within the 1st month, actually days, I found the mod was the wrong one for me. At a cost It was suggested that I use a different mod for which worked much better. Coils need to be changed from time to time & the coil replacement for my mod was never in stock so I bought the other other coil they suggested. Actually I bought 5. The popping & banging was a real hassle. After those coils were used up I went back for the proper ones. Still nothing in stock. This time I left & went to another store in Rockford where They asked me all kinds of questions regarding my usage & suggested the proper coils. They now work perfect the way my mod was when I first bought it. Needless to say the other company converted me to be a customer of theirs. Sadly I won't be back to this company. We rely on a business to ask proper question so a proper diagnosis can be made. This company falls short
