I bought a new mod, tank, and batteries. They helped me thru all the “in and outs” of all the different equipment so I could make a good decision. Fast forward 8 days and my new mod broke internally and my new tank was stuck on a mod that didn’t work. I went in and was told the store would take care of it. I got a new (replacement) mod free of charge and they were able to take off my tank. Long story short, I was taken care of when an issue arose and I will go back

Ok. Had a few products and the service was nice. But there are better places. It used to be cig-techs but went down hill with the take over I guess.
