I attempted to buy alcohol and was told that it was illegal for them to sell to me because my 20 year old son was with me. That's completely incorrect. It is not illegal to sell me alcohol because my under 21 son is with me. He was old enough to be in the store and he wasn't buying the alcohol, I was. We both even showed our ID's. We drove right over to the Vista Tobacco Connection and they happily sold me alcohol, and yes, my son was with me.

This shop is always clean, the wait in the drive through is very short, and they have the friendliest staff. Tobacco selections are plenty and they have reasonable prices for specialty items. The only thing that would make me change to a 5 star review is if they would carry more dark beer options. If you're an IPA fan then this is the store for you. If you prefer the good stuff in more than single bottle quantities, you're completely out of luck. They do carry hefeweizen in the 12 pack but that's pretty much as fancy as it gets if you're looking for something with flavor other than skunky. They're my favorite smoke shop, still, and very conveniently located.

Will never be back. Kassidy and Justin were on shift. Both obviously had no clue how the digital coupons work. Told me what to do and basically had me waste a coupon because of false information. I work for Stinker Stores and know they could have made it right but both just stared at me with really dumb looks on their faces. Was a long time customer and will NEVER come back. I will also share this experience with everyone I know. Very poor customer service. Also most of the 5 star comments I've noticed have came from employees.

This is a great store. The variety of products this store offers is incredible. I can always count on getting what I'm looking for and not having to worry about needing to make any other stops. Whether I'm looking for a drink, a smoke or a snack to go along with both a drink and a smoke I can always count on Big Smoke to have a variety of options to choose from. No matter if it is one of the many cigars out of there humidor, a hookah, a vape or just an ordinary cigarette I can get it here along with a really good selection of alcoholic beverages. Prices are either better than most or right at market price. It's location makes it easy to get to which beats dealing with the rat race of going to the grocery store. The staff and service are always fantastic. They seem to always be quick and remember what it is I'm after at those times when I'm falling short on time. Brian, the one with the Irish accent, is awesome. Can't help leaving without smiling or without having a laugh on the way out. As they say "When you gotta habit" or if your simply in need of something to drink or smoke, no matter what your taste, you can find it here.

I have NEVER been turned down because my ID has a blue box instead of a red one around the experation. I'm almost 30 and got my new card in 2012, they are good for 8 years! She didn't even attempt to scan my ID she straight told me no. My husband works at a job where they sell cigarettes and has never heard of this. I took the time to call 3 other big smokes around the area and a few liquor stores and NONE of them have heard of this so called "law" I will not waste my time on this location anymore, I hope with this information the employees will be more knowledgeable for other customers to come.

Great store to work at and shop at!! We card anyone who appears to look 39 or younger. Even if you are not purchasing anything, but discuss what the other person should get, we very well may card you. So have your ID's ready! It is not law scan anyone's I'D but policy is, we scan everyone who looks under 39. We do this to prevent selling to underage people. I mean come one, how many men do you see with beards who look 30 but are really 19? Id hate for an employee to get fired because someone looked older but really was just a child.

I absolutely love this store! It happens to be my all time fave store in this world. Angie, at the Washington St. store, is amazing. I also need to give a shout out to the lady (whom I had never seen b4 the other day) who took the time to check her invoice to see if what I needed came in their order that day, and then went to the back to find it. That was awesome, cuz they only had ONE single bottle of Kratom (the only brand of Kratom I'll take) in their order... And she took it upon herself to dig thru God knows how much stuff- just to please her customer. That's going above and beyond, and I appreciated her very much. Not to mention the fact that she wrote down the exact description of my product, and is going to make sure to order more of it (as I shop in that store 3x a week for said product). About a year ago i visited this shop to buy water, i was told i needed an I.D. so i showed them my I.D. which was a temporary paper copy issued by the DMV while they ship the laminated copy, ive used that paper I.D. for many things from prescriptions to alchohol, but the manager refuses to sell me WATER because she didnt recognize it as a real I.D. card, and was VERY rude acting like i was lying about my age (22 at the time) to get WATER ONLY... i held this grudge for about a year now and decided just now to leave my lasting impression.
