HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every other vape shop in Boise is better then this one. Avoid at all cost. They sell broken items then won’t return them!!

horrible customer service by both the assistant manager and store manager Yasmine. Bought a brand new item yesterday and it didn't work at all so I went to return the item today and the assistant manager trys it to see if it works for him, which it didn't. So he sits there's tinkering with it trying to fix it for 10 minutes and I told him that I no longer want the item I want my money back. Which they refused to do and even started to argue with me while his manager Yazmine sat there watching on saying that the vape was used which it couldn't have been used since it never worked to begin with even the manager said it wasn't used but they considered used an open box. On their receipt it clearly states that you can return items up to 30 days if "unused" not that the box can't be open and juice put into the vape. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!

I don't live in Boise, but I travel here a lot and one night at the hotel realized that I didn't have my vape juice. I googled vape shops near me and I went to Vape. They had everything I needed and the juice I like on hand. Plus, they were close enough, but if they didn't have the open sign on Google, I might have missed going there. Many of the shops close an hour before this one. I felt lucky that I could find it in the dark in a town I don't know and thanks to a web search I found the shop. Wow, they have everything. All the latest stuff and it's very attractive with all the glass and mirrors it looked a lot bigger. Now one of my daughter's is living in Boise and I plan too follow soon. I will be there visiting and getting to know the City. But, you can be certain that when I'm in Boise and need my vape. This is where I go. Out of town lady. Yes, I do recommend this shop. Stop in if you're ever in Boise or just traveling through, it'll be worth the stop because they'll have what you need...... Well, most likely..

Great staff very nice and great selection of moda and juice they are very chill guys i am in there alot and i know i am not just speaking for myself but they are really cool laid back guys they are all about helping people with mods and juice props to you guys for giving me the recommendation on waternomonon

Went in with my vape to get a new coil, no liquid in it or anything, guy looked at it, then sold me the wrong ones, now I'm going back in and probably going to have to pay full price for an employees mess up. 😑😑😑

Perfect store for all your vape needs. The guys are super friendly and know their stuff. The selection of juice they have is great plus the manager is super knowledgeable and one of the best people to know. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
