Talk about going above and beyond, customer service like I’ve never experienced before. The owners take pride in what they do and have first hand knowledge and advice for any questions you can think of. Very clean, good vibes with a sense of family and home when you walk through the door. I hope that people who is interested in or passionate about vaping check out this shop, I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Been on the big island for about a week went to three different shops and sub ohm is for sure a must visit shop. As soon as you walk in they are very friendly people and we sat and swapped stories for about 30mins or so. Highly recommend this shop for anyone on the island or visiting. Thank you sub ohm for such an enjoyable visit

I am trying to quit smoking and had an amazing experience! Michelle was extremely helpful with what could have been an very overwhelming. She is extremely knowledgeable and patiently spent about an hour setting me up with the perfect vape starter kit. Very happy with my purchases. Love this local mom & pop shop! Or as Michelle says “Mom & Mom” shop since her and her sister own it together.
