This place has a lot of potential but it's just seems impossible to run a decent shop in the middle of a mall. Can't sample, and this poor branch seems neglected, constantly out of stock usually of something I want to... But it's got great prices and deals this is a good place to go if you are just starting out and aren't quite ready for a brick & mortar shop. I'd really love to see this place have it's own stand alone building one day, with the ability to stock everything on the site this could easily become one of Hilo's favorite spots!

out of stock often, always a line, check out takes a long time, always sub-par service. Also cant test products because location is in the mall.
