New to the world of vape and boy, did I have the questions. The staff went out of their way to ensure that I knew how to set everything up and be able to kick the cigarette habit. Had issue with product out of the box and they bent over backwards to make sure all was well. I wish more businesses took their approach of good common sense in dealing with and maintaining customer satisfaction. Absolutely the best.

The crew at Epic gives new definition to epic. Everyone is great. They remember preferences of individual customers even when you haven't been in for some time. I can't say enough about the crew. Other businesses should take lessons from them in customer service.

Came in after my Smok G-Priv 2 had some issues. Very helpful and low key selling. Guided me through some different choices and very happy with my purchase. Also their lemon and lime sour skittles is delicious. A+++ RATING Def going to frequent this establishment for my future vape needs.
