One Luv Smoke n' Vape on 579 Concord Rd SE Ste 200
Bought a hookah from this store. A month later it cracked while cleaning it. Leaked water so much it didn't keep the pipe inside submerged. They refused to exchange it, all they did was offer a 5% discount on another hookah. Edit: Look at the owner's responses to bad reviews. He insults everyone, says their bad experience is their fault, and doesn't offer anything to help them. He says my review is "FAKE" after his response backs up what I said. If you're just looking to spend a few dollars on some papers or a cheap pipe, this place is fine. But don't waste your money on any big purchases.

K. I appreciate your response. However, we don't (well, we didn't, until now) shop anywhere else. So maybe someone else brought them back and they were taken, then resold accidentally to my wife. She told me she bought them there. You see, she hates buying anything vape related because she doesn't know anything about it. So, she only goes to where we know the folks and they know us. That is the only explanation I can imagine is that someone else brought those coils back to your store and then they were resold to wife. Either way, I have coils that I can't use now. I've spent a lot of money in your store. But now, unfortunately, I will be looking for a new "home" for all my vape needs. Thanks.

Was tricked into buying a vape device out of wrapper and it didn't work and I was stuck with the responsibility of mailing it in for the warranty replacement instead of them only 2 days after I bought it. Never shopping here again

After moving to the area a friend suggested I check out One Luv. I'm impressed with the great friendly staff and competitive pricing. I find smoke shops are intimidating and the staff are often unwilling to educate customers. Which is too bad. At One Luv no matter who has been working I've always had a positive experience.

For vaping this is a great place in the area. They have a really good selection of premium juices and coils for most big name tanks. It looks like a smoke shop from the outside, but give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. They also stay open later than most other shops.

Well every time I come here I see a new face 😂 which I don’t come often...but either way it’s all good because I get great service so forth. Vanessa was nice & ready to help me on Saturday 12/11. I found what I wanted & she also gave her pointers on what I was buying. I’ll be back in another 6-8months 🤷🏾♀️ for some new products maybe.
