Jackson is awesome! Everytime I go In he is so polite and knows exactly what I want. I shopped around when we 1st moved here and he Is the reason we kept coming back. However, I've came by store mulitiple times and it's not open . No open sign and locked door. I prefer not to bring my kids if I don't have too and it's a big inconvience when I have to guess what time your shop will be open because it wasn't this morning around 1O or little after. Also, flavors Keep it 100 flavors and air factory flavors are a must have ! Magnetic Dust by Dazed awesome as well. The juice selection is not the best! It can be better ! I prefer not to go anywhere else most vape shops the employees are douche bags. Please get better juice!

Terrible service. Jackson is the worse employee ever. Called me a liar to his co-worker on speaker phone and proceeded to argue with him while I was standing there. Jam monster tastes awesome but had proven to burn through coils. There are multiple reviews and YouTube videos verifying this yet he said I the customer was lying and refused to do anything about it. He also told me a coil that he said was best for my mod only because the better coil was out of stock. I found this out after I cam back and spoke to second employee. This Jackson guy is a terrible employee and should be replaced quickly, him and the guy who comes and sits with him during his shift who blows vape steam all in your face. I have over ten years of college under my belt and I am no dummy. All I ask for is good customer service. Go to Pipedreams. They have an awesome selection and will treat you with respect. Maybe this place will be better once Jackson gets fired or quits.

I've been going to K's vapor since it opened. The entire crew there is helpful and polite. Jackson is my favorite. Great customer service skills.

Great store with a wide variety of juices and vape products. Prices are great and the employees were very kind. Jackson, Micheal, Dakota, and Noah eady are the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with in a store.
