Customer loyalty is a big deal to these guys. Special deals every day, and if you don't use the daily special you still get a punch card. When they get new stock in, they put old stuff on actual clearance sales, not those fake "clearance" sections you see everywhere. They're happy to help you pick out something that suits your needs and are just fun to chat with when all you need is more juice. Finally, I left my credit card there on accident. The owner tracked me down on Facebook to let me know and stored it in a safe place until I came back to pick it up. Can't recommend this place enough.

Helpful staff and decent prices, but they don't tend to carry products and accessories long term that you might need, like coils. Good selection of e-juice though, and you can sample everything. Good discounts and promotions too.

These guys are awesome. I bought a Vape Pen that did not make my satisfaction. They easily exchange for another one. There was no fuss no arguing no questioning me at all. Top-notch customer service.
