I have been going to K Town for over two years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is great and knowledgeable. Patty is also great. The prices are comparable to others and they always have a great deal. It also has a great peaceful environment. I would encourage everyone to pay them a visit. Other vape shops are intimidated and make bad reviews but their service speaks for itself. Since the first time I went in I have never been to another shop. Keep up the good work and I will continue to spread the word about K-Town.

I’ve been here a couple times with my sister and each experience was great. The employees are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They take their time with each guest and don’t make you feel rushed. The prices are good and they have tons of flavors. Definitely my go to store.

I wanted to rate this place 5. The juice is good the store is great. I've had an over flow of people PRAISE this place. When I was there 3 associates ignore me. 2 started to help me then run off and play with other customers druppers while I leaned there waiting until finally I pushed myself into the bar and and to demand to try a flavor at the bar. The person argued with me that the flavor did not exist, after viewing the flavor list and having to prove the product I wanted to buy was real. The sample bottle was flung at me and the employee went back to helping the dropper customer some more.. The entire experience was not tragic but defiantly not what I had heard of from the store. Maybe have better experience if you use druppers and not us lowly tank users.

I went to K Town with a vague idea of what flavor juice I wanted to get. I was helped by Will, who was both patient with my indecisiveness and helpful with suggestions. He showed he really had a passion for his work, and was willing to do what he needed to make me feel like being satisfied with my purchases over making a quick and easy sale. I've been to other places that quiz you on naming a flavor you want, handing you a bottle, and saying "here, buy this". Will gave suggestions and considered what I was looking for, not what I was asking for, and I really appreciated that.

Stopped by here looking for coils on a visit in the area. Staff were some of the LEAST pretentious and most knowledgeable I've ever met in a shop. They also had what I needed after looking at 5 other stores to no avail. They have an amazing selection of liquid as well as hardware. First shop I've been in that actually had a great selection of high end mods and accessories so that was a big plus. I live in Augusta but next time I'm closer to Atlanta I will be making a special trip here just to give them my business again.
