I had literally shopped with this store since the day they opened. I'd been collecting loyalty points since my first visit. .. I was just a few points shy of getting a free $100 in store credit. They changed systems, and lost all the info on customers loyalty points. I had shopped there even when they had bad staff, and through all the changes to collect those points. I'd not have continued if I'd known I'd loose my.points. I started out at Vapor World when they opened. ive been loyal to both of these stores, and gotten nothing in return except them almost refusing to return faulty merchandise, a loss of my points, and really inappropriate service from a guy named "Z" who I wouldn't advise you spend time alone with in the store ladies.....IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.... Their return policies aren't clear on receipt, and they will try to claim you're out of the time limit to return merchandise, then claim it's out job to send faulty merchandise back to the manufacturers because as I was told "We can't get them to always pay us back for faulty merchandise so we just don't care to mess with it, you as the customer need to contact the manufacturer...." Not to mention that the staff usually knows little to nothing about the merchandise in stock. I will be taking my $20 a week on juice and equipment purchasing elsewhere. And I advise you do too.

It was close to closing time& the person that was working was very helpful as I lost my instructions to a product that I bought there over a year ago and had been unable to successfully use it.He was very helpful.I bought a new product and am impressed with his courteous attention at closing time.Thank You!😁

Store selection is good, the guy working there charged $10 more than he should’ve for the Smok Stick V8 baby and we didn’t catch on until after, plus he acted like a total ass

Been on a search for coils for two months now. When I went in this last time, he told me the usual, that they don’t have any. I asked what my options were bearing in mind, I just need a way to get my juices fired up. I don’t care about the tank or whatever. He just sent me to another store. The reason for the 1-star review is the worker at the shop had a buddy there that repeatedly made condescending remarks towards me. I was a regular and now will not be returning.

Called the store and had some basic inventory questions and the girl on the phone had no idea what anything I was talking about was. I ended up just hanging up when she started asking if I wanted CBD.

Such a great atmosphere. Great customer service, very helpful. A lot of juices to choose from which made me want to keep coming back plus Ross the guy who helped such a great aspect to this business.

This has got to be the worst shop everrrrr!!!! At first I thought the fat white chick with green hair was just racist but now that I read the reviews its just a horrible place to spend your money.
