New ownership and managment . Trey Runs the shop great and is working to get it back on its feet. didnt have my coils but put in a custom order for me. GREAT customer service. and great new staff. 10 out of 10 great new vibe

I just tried to go in this store to purchase a vape, replacements coils and juice. The employee(s), a lady and gentleman, were standing outside the back door just chatting away. Even after being seen by the employee(s), they continued their conversation and refused to acknowledge me or open the door. Their sign stated that they are still open. What TERRIBLE customer service! We will not ever go back to this store and if I was the owner, I would seriously evaluate what kind of business they are losing because customers can’t even get into the store! If I could leave zero stars I would!

This place used to be a really good spot. Had a great selection of juice and customer service. Went in recently and had all new faces and not a big section of mods and juice like they used to have. . Was surprised to find out that guy frank isn't working there anymore. He sold me my first mod and took time to explain everything. Answered any questions I had. Really patient and friendly guy....deadass. The new guy Trey is cool though. He knows his stuff and helpful .

Great place for juices, vapes, and more. The staff is amazing, and trey the manager always hooks you up with the best tasting juices. #1 vape shop to me.
