Showed up at 520. Sign says open but door is locked. Sign on door says back in 10 mins and there is a phone number written on it. Waited until 535 and called the number. Totally not getting my business. Not sure why this place doesn’t just shut down

Saw a new smoke shop nearby on maps. Exterior sign said quality lighters (on my shopping list). I admit I checked out their website while in the parking lot first. They did not disappoint. Great, attentive service and salesmanship. Nice variety of quality products throughout the store. I noticed a good price range, too. A lot of variety, but not overwhelming. Can't take it all in? Just ask and you will be shown their selection. I personally experienced excellent, courteous salesmanship. They're new and still expanding their stock. I suggest you let them know if you are looking for something specific to help them meet local clientel's needs. Also nice to see they support local artists by carrying locally-made glassware.

Drove out of the way to find the open sign on and the door locked, called the number...straight to VM...not cool.
