Ever since Peter left the store and the service has been declining, the new guy over there never cares to take orders for products that were sold out, never bothers to call when the new shipments arrive. The store isn’t open as posted, it would open an hour or two after the posted opening hours, or close earlier than posted. One of the few times I went there to check if they have brought in new shipments for what I was promised that they would get, the guy had the doors closed, and when I peeked in, he comes out and says “ is it quick ? “ and that was around 5 pm !!! And btw I am a regular customer who always buys in bulk. I think I’ll be searching for other stores that know how to respect a client

Went there about 1 hour after their posted opening time, drove a nice distance too, and the store was still locked with no signs of life inside. Judging by the reviews this is a recurring thing, very unprofessional, won’t be returning.

The store has very friendly staff and reasonably priced items. I liked their selection of flavors and vapes. They also have a cool aquarium with african cichlids!

As I am looking to get of the cigarettes, I thought vaping may be a direction to go in. Not having much to go on, walked into Chrome Vape and Peter was happy to help. He talked me through the different devices, elements (Mods, Tanks, Batteries, Coils, etc.) and gave me the pros and cons of each of them. He gave me all the time in the world to go through everything and ask a ton of questions. Sampled the various juice and I walked out with a new kit, ready to go! Service was outstanding. Knowledgeable, clear and made the experience comfortable. This can be overwhelming. Chrome Vape made it clear and easy.

The owner is super helpful, he doesn't try to push you to buy anything that he doesn't think you need. He is very honest about the taste and quality of all the juices that he sells. Very nice store, well kept and spacious. My husband highly recommends this place.
