This vape shop is the number 1 best shop I have ever been too all over Georgia. The set up, everything that is offered and especially the insane niceness and professionalism / knowledge presented by the employees and regional manager all together. The manager provided us with juices and coils and even helped out a good friend in a dilemma. I will never go to a different shop again after today and I hope more people will fall in love with mad vapes Augusta just like I have today.

This is the best vape shop on the planet. The management is kind, helpful, and knowlegable. Try the house juice. My favorite is Augusta city water and masters mix.

Im new to vaping but not new to customer service, as a business owner I take customer service and knowledge of your products very serious. Upon entry an employee literally STOPPED what he was doing and came over to assist me, turns out it was the manager Ryan. He was able to inform me of what the best products are and how to use them. He even did my initial setup for me and was able to correctly price rate me without having to check. After dealing with many other vape shops from the California coast to here in Georgia, THIS was my best experience!
