Great location with awesome variety. For $5 you get unlimited lifetime sample testing membership ($1 per visit otherwise). The membership also includes discounts. Wednesday has all house juices at 50% off. They will check ID every time you walk in, even if you’re a regular or are 80 years old - which I appreciate for the consistency of it.

Everyone that I have encountered here have been very helpful and knowledgeable! This shop has a HUGE selection of eliquids, including ALL of my favorite brands! I am so glad to have finally found a vape shop in the area with the juices I love, I juice wish the rewards system was better.

First time returning to this store since I moved to the suburbs, but the service and selection are still top-notch. Customer service is amazing, although I was only one of two people at the store on a Thursday midday. Liquids, most anyway, are halfoff on Wednesdays, so good day to shop. I really wish my previous purchases from 5 plus years ago counted towards their rewards system. This is the only reason I will not be making this my main goto store going forward.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Walked me through the process of getting on board a couple years ago, and then did the same for my brother as well. The product selection has never left me wanting, but I've got to say the new menu design is a nightmare. Trying to mentally filter out for just the VR Labs products when they're discounted is a pain in the neck -- if this is a deliberate design choice intended to guide customers away from your in-house product, well done.

This has always been my favorite place, but I have to say...this latest change with the menu is a bit annoying. Sure, it lists out every product, but it doesn't say ANYTHING other than the name, price, etc... It would be great if, oh I don't know, it could have a description of each product... much like the previous menu's. What was wrong with the way it was??
