I would like to start the review by saying I personally do not Vape so I cannot give advice on product, flavor or quality. However, I spent 10 years in retail and I must say this store was very clean, merchandised beautifully and the staff seem very polite and knowledgeable they did not have the flavor my friend needed in 0% but they seem to have a ton of flavors with nicotine. I thought the couches were awesome and provided a unique look although they are starting to get torn up. Great job Carrollwood I respect this place and don't even vape.

Tom and Kayla were totally radtacularly awesome. They greeted me as I entered, asked my problem, gave me the diagnoses, while Tom repaired it then showed me how to change my coils and explained why my mini nautilus was leaking and how to set it for the best vape pull; Kayla omg she was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable which helped me pick the flavors I love... They even taught me how the coil smells when it's burning... Overall I can't wait to go back! Thanks you sooooo much 😍💗😍💗😍💗😍😂😀😁

I've been going to Totally Wicked for almost 6 years now and there's never been a disappointment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help and give you the best deal. I'll be coming here for as long as this place lasts and never going anywhere else. Huge thank you to the Totally Wicked staff!

Totally Wicked rocks. The staff is fantastic, especially Vinny. They know my name and can answer any vape question you have. If they don't know then they will find you the answer.
