I wanted to plan a trip here to buy some products but the staff (the owner) made it clear quickly they didn't care about customer service. Refused to give prices over phone, even if across town and disabled with much difficulty getting out. I will not be shopping here. EDIT: The owner personally called me after my review. He somehow found my number online and asked me why I left this review. I appreciate the reply left in writing below but the follow up, harassing toned call from the owner does not match his written tone below whatsoever. He says like all small businesses, they dont give prices over the phone. This isnt something that was said to me in the first call or before my review. Also, I don't know any small or large businesses that won't offer to pull a price for you right away or return your call at an immediate time when they are free. I was really interested in talking to the staff in person when physically able but as stated, I have difficulty with travel so I almost always call places ahead of time with any questions. The owner asked me many questions. I felt interrogated. He asked me how I would get the product I had asked about since I had difficulty. He also asked me how often I go to the store nearby him which is far from me. He attacked someone that was interested in his business and products. I truly would have adjusted my review if there was a more appropriate response but this made the experience worse. You can't say you were kind or provided good care. Thank you for your time. Love the aesthetics of this place. It's like an Apple store except with glass instead of computers. Check them out before you go anywhere else!

Isnt open anymore..i called many times during middle of week.middle of day..no answer..went by and no one.ask place next door if there still open and was told no.you think they would have put a closed sign out but nope..not happy
