Best experience for a vape shop I have ever had. Now my new go to vape shop. Guy is super chill and friendly not like the other shops where they are no it all people and just plane rude! If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT PRICES AND GREAT VERIETY A+++ GREAT job guys

Walked in with an old school Kanger nano mod (new battery) and was just looking for a tank, some spare coils and some juice to quit smoking tobacco...this store was on point! Comfortable atmosphere, chill staff, nice experience... Out the door less than expected cost, great tank(crown II) with a spare coil, sweet juice (rainbow sherbert) all in all imI extremely satisfied and will be back... thanks blowin :)

Ordered off their website 3 days ago, still hasn't even shipped yet, or even printed a shipping label. This is ridiculously bad service, and misleading to say the least. Their website says "Same day shipping if ordered before 1pm" but I ordered an Apocalypse RDA 3 days ago and they haven't even printed a shipping label. I am NOT one to ever leave bad reviews but I have never in my life seen service this poor, I ordered other gear off websites two days later than I ordered from here and got them already, and one was out of California, and I'm in New York! I called the store yesterday to ask what is going on, and gave them the benefit of the doubt and was very nice, I asked when my item would be shipped and how the website says same day shipping if ordered before 1pm, and I was told "The mailman came and went already," and this was at around 12pm, TWO DAYS after ordering!!! How can it be same day shipping before 1pm if "the mailman came and left already" by 12pm? I didn't argue I let it go nicely, but this is actually hands down the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere, not just vaping, but anywhere period. I feel bad writing this review because this isn't normally something I'd ever do, if it took a full day to ship I'd understand, but 3 FULL days and I haven't even gotten an email saying a shipping label was printed? I'm sorry but that is ridiculous. Stick with VVVapes, great hardware and famous M. Terk and A.J Holland alien coils, the best in the business and that store has the absolute best customer service I've ever seen anywhere. VVVapes does free USPS Ground shipping if $50 or more, but I love their service so much I bought $250 worth of hardware off their site and they shipped it priority for free! Oh and they ship fast! I've placed orders at 3pm that still shipped same day! I guarantee this company will say "Oops, our bad" and not do anything to make up for this horrible service, I will call today to cancel my order before it ships. Again, I actually feel guilty writing this review because it isn't at all in my nature to do this, and if they did something to make up for this, I'd not only take this review down, but write a good one, For me it's more about how businesses handle messes like these than it is about the mess itself happening, and if they do right by me I will return the favor. If the website stated it could take 72 hours to ship I wouldn't have spent my hard earned money there, but at least they wouldn't be lying, but again, they said same day shipping if ordered before 1pm.

Wonderful wonderful store with lots of helpful and polite down to earth workers. Great store to come into and just hang out and talk about anyting Vape related. The atmosphere inside is friendly and welcoming. Amazing in store deals on Vape juice
