Love this shop, if your looking for something that others don't have you will most likely find it here, try the flavors you see online but can't find anywhere... yep, this is the place to get thoes juices, the owner is very nice and staff will greet you with a smile, I really like the color of this shop and laid back atmosphere with the lounge area a nice touch, separate bar even has a list and yes they have a juice menu you can hold in your hands and look, fun shop nice people can't go wrong here. They really like pleasing customers you can see they are genuine about it, Very welcoming environment, go see the place you will not leave without something, I guarantee it!

Alex and Mark are super cool and Mike and Tre are great! I come for the kava bar. I like the addition of a snacks display and there is plenty of flavored syrup on hand! Cute espresso machine

Wow, what a great place for sooooo many reasons: 1. Alex rocks and the entire staff there is very pleasant and knowledgable. 2. The atmosphere is supberb, excellent for getting some work done on my laptop. Fast WIFI. 3 Excellent drink selection. The cold brew is spot on. Havent had the hot stuff but im sure its great. The kratom and kava options are also great. I do the kratom cut with lemonade and strawberry. Very tasty and takes my knee pain away. Great spot, highly recommend

The staff is very friendly and the juice selection is pretty good. The store layout has just been redone. It looks nice and there is now a Kratom bar inside. The only con I can really find is that they have moved some things so far away behind the shelves you can't see them to even know to ask to look at it. Such as the atomizer lines and the mods.

Gail at Vapor Road is not only knowledgeable and helpful answering questions about products, she has also cleverly and carefully selected inventory that has continually appealed to my personal vaping habits. Recently she demonstrated new salt liquids that have transformed my entire vaping landscape. This underlines Vapor Road's interest in showcasing leading edge tech and liquids. The store is easy to browse, there are a good number of mod and kit offerings and all of this is highlighted by these ladies down-to-earth and friendly approach to helping anyone from novice to veteran. An excellent store managed very well.

Generally they are great but today a guy (don't know his name but hes the only black guy I've seen in there) was extraordinarily rude when I scoffed at a $120 battery price. I said that was a crazy price and he said I called him crazy for having one. Ha! He clearly doesn't understand simple english. He was beyond rude and they just lost a client. The owner should give some training on how to treat his patrons. I guess I shouldn't expect much from a slacky working at a vap store.

I come here everyday and everyday is always a good time. Staff is reliable, knows their stuff, and are all so helpful. I highly recommend seeing this place and for hose who wanna chill need to stop by. The music they play is dope af and they're so cool to be with.

The best vapor store ever gone to. There's a young lady there named Jessica who has 20 years experience but I would say 40 because she's so intelligent about everything about the products that come from these types of stores.

Great experience and friendly service. Some stuff was priced higher than I'm used to seeing but could also be the area. Still bought what I needed and I suppose the higher price was worth the experience I had.

I was just in earlier this week and once again I had phenomenal experience. I was able to purchase 2 bottles of juice and a new coil for under $40. Not to mention the $5 off returning customers receive monthly on juice purchases. Plus the 2 bottles of juice were 120mgs. Why waste your money on the internet for juice that could be stale when you can get juice that has the nicotine added at the time of purchase for a comparable price? Try these guy's out, you won't be disappointed!

What can I say but awesome and her name is Jess, very helpful and knowledgeable eager to serve you and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Thay have some awesome juice, hardware, kava, and kratom. Did I mention Jess is awesome. Go in and have an experience. Plus this is wheelchair friendly.

Yeah! A lie is worth a one star rating,. Bought a replacement vapor tank with the promise of any problems, no problem returning. Well my unit works well with original tank besides broken glass. This new unit works intermittently. Big reason for no return, didn't bring unit with me as proof that 2 day purchase was not working. (in other words, I'm lying about a $26.00 Vapor tank return with it's original box, bag, and receipt!!). Maybe I should have jumped into my broken down old van, and take the 5 mile ride each way to prove I'm telling the truth. I wonder what the dollar value of bad publicity is going for these days???

Well, maybe the device should have been shown out of the packaging & explained better before I bought it. Maybe I should have read the directions. Maybe it was a matter of timing with other situations in my life.. my boyfriend has been quite ill & I bought the vape for him, but I was very upset thinking the design was inherently leaky with the O-ring design. I went back to the store & the fellow showed me about tightening it and how the vacuum works & all is good with the item. And he gave me some samples to help me too.

So we went to the shop and needed to get in and out because we have to go to work and Eric had everything we needed and answered all our questions to everything.
