I have been coming to smokers vapor since 2010 and it is a great vape store. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable about all these product's. You can come in any with a problem and they will help u fix it. Even if u come in over and over with same problem. Do know anywhere u can go and get juice buy 1 get1 free. Our juice is made in the USA not China. All modes are genuine not clones. Yes! There are clones out there. Stop by and check out their weekly sales item.

None of there flavors are really that good they all taste bad after the first tank. The older lady there treats here emplyees with the most disrespect. When I applied there for a job the employee had to go to the back every time to ask about my application. The manager or owner who would never come out always would stay in the back and never talk to me or and customer. They also fired my good friend I've known for years for no reason when they told him he's the best they got. He walk in the door one morning and they had a employee fire him the day after he trained the new employee. They couldn't do it themselves that's how pathetic of a place they are. I'm never going back here again.

They never really have good flavors they get old after the first tank. Always seems to be out of stock of something. Very rude and fired my brother but they didn’t even fire them to his face how pathetic they made a employee fire him which isn’t his place to do. Never returning here again

Worst experience ever! Bought new coils and they didn't work. So I went back in to get them replaced, only to be told I had to buy 2 more. They can't guarantee the coils once they leave the store. Nobody told me that when I bought them. The employee that sold them to me in the first place got corrected by another employee. They knew they wronged me, but still didn't fix their mistake. So, I buy new coils, but need to test the new ones right their. So I have to buy a bottle of juice too because I didn't bring mine with me. Now I'm out another $30. Now I put my vapor back together with this new juice. It's the nastiest flavor I ever tried. Now my brand new cool tastes like this nasty burnt flavor. Time to go spent more money on two more coils. I will never go back.

Bought a pack of coils 2 of them didn't work. They said they wouldn't replace them. I only go there because it's a local store and it's good to buy locally. I knew I could get them cheaper online and I gave them the option to make it right and retain me as a customer but they chose not to. So I'll take my $100/mo I spend there and spend it online and save money with the same risk.
