Kind service, friendly bartenders. The Kratom is overpriced and weak. Better price than in some other local bars but not nearly the strength. Might be good for beginners. The place is kind of a strange concept. Good idea with the two overlapping audiences, but it's weird to drink Kratom in a vape shop. It's cool but weird it doesn't feel like a shop or a bar. Cool crowd, friendly service, weak drinks that are midrange in price.

Cool spot, but I've literally never felt much energy or excitement of friendliness from the staff. I haven't been back since the last semi-rude encounter. I've been told the vibe is much better now. I'd be willing to go check them out again. Here's my request: try to make your customers feel wanted in your establishment. And it's not like I'm a difficult person to deal with... I'm a very easy customer to have walk in your store... and one who's spent hundreds of dollars on your *very good* merchandise over the past year or so.. So the cold attitude is always really strange and confusing to me. What's that about?

We really love the environment. Feels like family there. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Great tasting tea and nitro coffee. They offer a military discount. If they would bring back karaoke, open mic, and the costume parties, I would give them 5 stars.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of my questions and I walked out of there with a Smok G Priv Baby at $40 less than they sell for on the manufacturers website. Also, the Pink Punch Lemonade juice by Lemon Twist is AWESOME.

Kratom was so so. Had better and stronger at other places. Music very loud. Only a few customers, all guys, playing video games on their phones. Must pay for parking in front of atore on street.
