I rate at 3 stars because there wasn't as big of a selection as I was hoping for. The place was very small and was outdated. The staff on duty also happened to unnecessarily diss other vape shops which is poor competition in my valued opinion. You also would do nicely providing better "open" appearance (the windows were dark and there was an open sign that wasn't even turned on for people to know if the spot is being utilized or not). It is also not particularly your business to ask why I gave another business a 4-star rating. You are uninformed of the provided service, and other misc. Rudely stating that about another business alone is what keeps you at a 3-star rating. Good luck to you.

While they were out of the coil my wife needed, they were still very helpful and knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction so we could find what we needed.

Overall a good experience every time. The staff (owner? I have only seen one employee) is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are pretty good and not too much more than online prices, except for juice. The juice is a little expensive, especially considering they sell Vape Wild juice at a premium cost. Good juice selection though.

The most friendly and genuinely helpful staff of ALL the vape shops in Saint Augustine. Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and patient!!! Great prices, good selection, and friendly atmosphere!!!
