Came in for the first time ever, this morning, needed coils and vape juice and was treated phenomenally. The juice is the best I have ever had, so flavorful and yummy. Since I come down 2 times a year to visit my Mom, I will keep coming back and when I need some shipped up to me, my Mom will stop by and get it. Thank you for the great customer service.

After spending over 280$ on vapes, this store refused to replace a broken tank that leaks, the customer service at this store & there Port Charlotte store is very rude. All sales are final & The King Of Vape are a bunch of crooks. What a racket!

So today I work an 8 to 5 in Venice not my home store I went in desperate I just broke my tank glass and don’t get paid until Friday “No money” the Guy in there I think his name was Mike bought me a glass I wasn’t really hoping for that but I did tell him I’d bring the money to him the next day.... it’s good to know that there are helpful people out there who actually understand the headache of quitting a habit yet picking up another which isn’t as bad lol thank you for your generosity and customer satisfaction as I am a manager of that thanks EK

Excellent selection and variety. All my vape needs were met and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about all things vape and e liquid. Jon helped my girlfriend and I find the perfect vape and liquid to match our life style. Will be coming back for sure!
