I am so thankful I came to Steam Train! Jordan, the owner is so helpful, kind and honest. He went out of his way to make sure that my mom got what she needed to quit smoking. He actually cares about his customers and their well being and would rather someone be able to quit smoking than to make more money! Nick is also super nice and he's always been happy to help me with all of my vaping needs. These two guys combined are such an amazing team! I actually look forward to making my next purchase with these guys! Thank you both for being so welcoming and supportive to my mom and I.

This is a very nice shop with knowledgeable staff. The juice selection is vast but there is no flavor list to look over, they have some new hardware and the prices are not to bad!! I bought a juice and asked for a 3mg well silly me I didn't look and when I got home I was given a 6mg instead called and was told come on in and get your correct nic level and keep both bottles, that was awesome. A++ for service but without a flavor menu I took a star.

Conveniently, it's 2 streets from my house, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are top notch in customer service and make sure take care of you. If you have an interest in something they don't have they will order it. If they are out of anything they stock they get it in quickly. Sunday's you can stop in for pastries! There's a lounge with video games and never any drama going on here. 100% my go to.

Jordan and his employees are great people. I've been visiting the shop since the first week it's been open, and they WILL ALWAYS take care of you. They have an amazing shop, great products, and great employees. I have been to dozens of vape shops from New England, all the way down the Easter seaboard, to Florida. It's the best I've been in... Not trashy (as a lot of vape shops are), and not full of drug paraphernalia. A great vape shop.
