DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I recently moved to the area and started going here. At first it was great. Nice employee’s, good atmosphere, and then you have one issue and realize how wrong you were. Purchased an item. Brought it back 2 days later. Perfect condition. The manager would not work with me. I Didn’t even want a refund. Just wanted to exchange. ZERO Customer Service. I will never go back again. I will be happy to drive 5 minutes futher to a better shop with ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I came in yesterday looking for a specific product and the guy helping me was so tentative. I didnt get his name unfortunately, he had light hair and eyes. Great customer service. Although i didn't purchase anything, I almost did because he was so kind, patient and helpful. I actually might be back if i dont find what im looking for anywhere else. Thank you! Response to the owner: I was looking for a pink vape pen! i noticed the gold one which he showed me that interested me. he offered to order a rose gold color for me! I will be back if i dont find what im looking for thanks again!

Place is garbage I don't mean to bash!! But the smoke shop in South West ranches is better and has better quality stuff. SKY HIGH SMOKE SHOP my new place... super awesome girls in there and cool as owner. Sorry but will never come back here...
