Been in there a few times for some repairs. They fixed my unit and gave me some good tips. The prices are good. This is only place I been to here in PC and will probably never go to anywhere but Cool Vapors. Thanks guys!

Best customer service I have experienced. Went in for a new setup. John made it hard to choose. He just had a shipment and opened boxes of mods and tanks. Made different options and I got to try different mods and tanks until i was happy with exactly what i wanted. I even left a bottle of juice when i left. He ran out after me to give it back.

Decent price , good selection, staff is not rude but just don't give that helpful vibe. Kinda feel they want you in and out quick but I still shop there time to time because they do carry a good selection.

I'm completely new to vaping. Walked in the shop this afternoon without a clue. Received a mod as a present so I needed some ejuice to get started. Kong helped me select some awesome flavors - they have a juice bar with so many options. Was outta there in 10 min, comfortable with vaping, and goodies in tow. Excellent experience. I'm definitely going back to Cool Vapors!
