Came in yesterday to get juice. Waited my turn to be helped. Rebecka was rude, rushed me in my purchase ( helped the guy that came in behind me while I was trying to pick out a juice). I told her I really didn't want the juice she suggested and said well, I hate to break it to you but I already ran your card. It would have be simpler to just let me take the time to find something else of equal value. Will never use this shop again! This place has lost my business and I've been coming in since they opened. The juice she suggested burned out my coil within 30 minutes of using. Wasted 28 dollars for juice that sucked. Don't go here if you want decent customer service. Not knowledgeable about juices at all. Parker was the best they ever had. Not only did your employee LIE about me filling my tank, you ( the owner ) absolutely DID NOT watch that video! I didn't even bring my vaporizer in the store! I walked in with nothing but my wallet!!! I never opened what I bought! I'll be more than glad to come in and watch the video with you and you show me where I opened the package and filled a tank that I didn't even bring in the establishment! I'm appalled and very offended by your lying employee. You name a time and I'll be there!

Justine is awesome ... really enjoyed the juice she suggested. Came back for more and the other flavors she mentioned. The vape shop in pace is super clean and stocked full of everything I need. Great place and very very friendly. Top notch service!!

Rebecca was very friendly, we ended up getting a great deal on some house brand juice. Recommend you bring your own dripper if you want to test, but smell worked just fine. The line they were getting rid of had a bunch of interesting flavors I'm excited to try, will come back to continue stocking up.

I have been going to this vapor shop now for a couple of months as i just moved in to the area. Justine has been the one to assist me in flavor and coil choice and i am very happy to say that in addition to the outstanding custimer service i have received every time i visit, i have now also officially quit smoking. Thank you Justine and the Vapor Shop for putting customer service number 1!
