Stopped by to say Hi to Nick and offer some marketing suggestions and ended up with an awesome NEW e-juice flavor: BottleRocket which tastes just like the red, white and blue popsicles we enjoy in summer. Nick said they're a best seller too. I love the fact that it's made by a USA company and the Cloud Shack carries organic, natural products! Fair prices too!! I'll be stopping by again...

First and second experiences. May seem a little hard to find, it's not. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and customers. I'll happily go back.

Went in this store with a product I got from another store it had a problem. The owner I think his name is Nick was real nice fixed the problem hooked me up with some awesome flavors. Deffinetly my new home store. Great service with honest workers
