PUMPERNICKEL POPS SMOKE & VAPE STORE NEW SMYRNA BEACH on 1425 S Dixie Fwy
I had an issue with a product not functioning how it should. I was also given inaccurate information about the product and the return policy. I was told to charge it and make sure it heated up before using it, so if there were any problems with the device I could return it. I fallowed their instructions, the product was not functioning how it should. so I brought the product back unused and the owner refused to help me. I was told they could not take an open box back. How else would i have plugged it in and tested it without opening it? Not only was I mislead and not able to get a return, the owner was really rude about it.The owner obviously does not care about his customers. Now i am out 200$ and i have a product that i can't use. I highly do not recommend this store.

I bought two pieces from them on 5/9 and I was told that if I keep my receipt that they would be replaced if I had an issue with them within 30 days. Yesterday, one stopped accepting a charge. I took the faulty equipment back today5/18, to return the faulty equipment. The young girl looked at the equipment and went to her phone and asked someone if they’ve had any issues with the vape and said it had ‘damage’. The equipment showed no damage. It was never dropped once. She came back to me and said It can’t replaced but I can give you a good deal on a new one’. I bought the new one and I’ll never be their customer again.
