Knowledge, patience, and customer service. I came into World of Smoke & Vape in Palmetto Bay for my first vape. I knew almost nothing going in and after 15 minutes of talking to a customer service professional I learned so much. Rob expertly paired me with a Vaporesso Tarrot Baby and Element E-liquid. I applaud him for taking the time to educate me and host a friendly environment. I definitely recommend coming here. The store is very well lit, very clean, and is staffed with friendly people. Buy local! These guys (and gals) know how to do it!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. The gentlemen behind the counter had absolutely no knowledge about any of the products being sold. This place is understaffed and unable to help customers adequately, leaving you to wait while the assist others who come in after you. I will definitely not be returning.

Best vape and smoke shop in Miami. Super knowledgeable staff and great selection of products. Always willing to take the time to answer questions and offer suggestions on new products and devices. Won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.
