WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! A man name William should notttttttt work at this shop or anywhere that deals with the public!!!!!! I ve been coming here for the past couple weeks and have bought the Hq pens for $6.00 when I told him that he yelled at me and was like I sell it for $7.00 if you don’t like it get OUT!!! And literally refuse to sell to me!!!! Owner of this please needs to remove this employee does not deserve to work there!!!!!!!

Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 The Cuban/Texan Woman that works here is absolutely friendly. She is the representation of PERFECT customer service 2 I have been in Miami for two weeks and finally someone speaks English in the shop because my spanish is not that good. She made me feel so good about being there 3 She mixed the liquid so fast and she was very detailed oriented when she explained how to use 4 I was having troubles with my current vape pen and she took the time to explain me more about coils!!! If there were 10 starts I would give it to this vape shop!

Very high quality juice and devices. Original doesn't mean better. This group of team knows devices and juices better than anyone I know so far. Juices are of high quality, you can see lots of glass juice bottles and whenever that happen the juices are really high quality.
