Great customer service, prices and products! Will definitely be coming back. William was very polite, greeted me with "good afternoon" "thank you for coming" and "have a great day". He helped me find the perfect vape in a fast manner. Amazing experience working with him. I would definitely recommend Vapor Wave to anyone who's looking for good quality smoking products at a cheap price.

Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 The Cuban/Texan Woman that works here is absolutely friendly. She is the representation of PERFECT customer service 2 I have been in Miami for two weeks and finally someone speaks English in the shop because my spanish is not that good. She made me feel so good about being there 3 She mixed the liquid so fast and she was very detailed oriented when she explained how to use 4 I was having troubles with my current vape pen and she took the time to explain me more about coils!!! If there were 10 starts I would give it to this vape shop!

Amazing service. My ignorant self was unaware of the problems with my pen. They helped me figure it out and helped select a more efficient vape pen for my preferences. Prices are very good and they have a beautiful looking store with great attitude from the workers. Most definitely recommend and I will return for future services. ~JP
