I walked in and this location has a weird vibe. It's a big store, but not much at all in it. I came in for a battery, but it was a small selection of items that I can get off eBay for cheaper. Anyways when I went in the employee was outside in his car. When he came in he looked like he was on drugs. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, so I had to leave to go to the Doral location, where I was properly taken care of.

A little bit of a spooky sketchy area to be in. There weren't many people while we were in there, and for some reason our service was still very slow. We must have stood around knowing exactly what we wanted for 10 minutes before someone thought to ask us if we needed any help. Selection was nice.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Worst Vapor Shark store. Bad service, low inventory, right by the airport so lots of traffic and no parking. Called in to make sure a product was in stock because the store is an hour away from me. I had her double check it was the right tank since I had a long drive.The clerk confirmed it was and even said she'd hold it for me. Well when I get there the clerk is at lunch and a different clerk (the manager Edwin), tells me they haven't had those in stock for a while. When I explain that I called beforehand he insists that "I must have been confused", when clearly the clerk I spoke to on the phone was poorly trained and made a mistake. Didn't seem to care and was kind of passive aggressive about the whole thing. So I basically spent a quarter tank of gas for nothing. The shop was empty, the employees seemed lazy, uninformed and annoyed to have to work. Shop needs a staff that cares. The good reviews must be friends and employees. Very disappointed with Vapor Shark.
