Vape Trendz on 2113 Citrus Blvd

Walked in looking to speak with someone knowledgeable about the mods that are out now. I haven't vaped in about 2 years and I'm put of the loop. I did a little research about the type of mod that I might be interested in and the gentleman ( while polite) showed me just the one I mentioned. He didn't offer any info on the mod I asked about and didn't ask me any questions about my vaping style to help me make a selection. When we walked in he was sitting watching YouTube videos and I got the impression from his demeanor that he didn't want to be bothered. Nice shop, looked well stocked but I'll be trying other locations that have better customer service. If you know what you need and just need to make a pit stop it's a great place to go. If you need someone with a lot of expertise to help you out you might be better off at another location with workers who WANT to help you.

Great experience from the get go. No pressure sales tactics. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and informed on all his products. Even had a chill crowd just taking in the start of the week in comfort. Highly recommend this establishment. I found a great place. Thanks Vape Trends!

I'm glad I waited to write this review! The store has improved greatly since the first time I visited a couple of years ago. They have a large selection, competitive pricing, and a beautiful shop. The first time I had gone there, I felt as if I was bothering the staff from "hanging out." This time was a completely different experience. They also carry some brands of liquid that you can't find in the local area. The only draw back is that the hours are inconsistent. Sometimes they seem to open late or close early.
