Elite Vape & Smoke Shop - Celebration on 2901 Parkway Blvd

Came in here with absolutely no clue about this smoke world at all. I was helped by a lovely person named Sarah. She helped me by telling me exactly what everything was and answered all of my questions. She was super easy to talk to which made it easier for me to ask all of my questions. Anyone that's not coming to this location and dealing with her is a fool.

Greeted us on the phone first and had a pleasant attitude giving us the information I lost my vape at Disney. Everyone knows that The vape doesn't leave my hand maizo greeted us at the door and helped us his customer service was genuine his attitude was pleasant and as we are out of town customers he made us feel extremely comfortable in helping us choose the vape and juice we like and need took the time and expressed everything about the product definitely check them out!! 👀

This store is the best. They always have so many options and keep inventory well stocked. And if for some reason they our out of what you need to go back and put it in inventory for you not knowing you’re ever going to come back they’ll still have it just in case you do. I thought that was great service the first time I came in. Now every time I come in they’re never out of my juice it’s always on stock. Mizo is the employee who is always the working and he’s just a great guy. Super friendly, great service and just goes out of his way for the customer, or at least that the service he gives to me consistently every time I walk through the door. This is now the only vape shop I come to!!!!!!
