Called about JUUL pods for my JUUL device. they said they had them and they spelled out J U U L to confirm that is what I was asking for and they confirmed they do carry them. I asked the price and they said $15.99. This is exact retail price and reasonable so I came in to purchase and they tried to charge me like $24 or $25 and told me that they didn’t know where I got $15.99 from and I said that’s the exact cost they told me on the phone and I understand with tax that brings them up to like $17.11 or so but not the price they were telling me at the register that’s for sure. They said they didn’t know what they told me that was $15.99 and I said well it’s odd then that you told me the exact retail price of the JUUL pods if you were in fact telling me about some other product and they had spelled out J U U L on the phone to confirm. They were very rude and the woman I spoke with on the phone had nothing to say about what she had told me. I’ve been there once before and they weren’t very friendly either but not like this outright making up prices and acting like I was crazy when I had called them specifically for info on a product. I buy JUUL pod refills in Tampa all day long at $17.11-$19 from several different retailers so this $24 or $25 price they gave me is really ridiculous and worst part is they seem to have lied to me in the first place and then acted like I was crazy for thinking they were the price THEY gave me on the phone and hour earlier. I do not recommend this hole in the wall to anyone.

This is a nice shop. The sales people are nice while they bend you over and tear you up financially when you need something. What is not nice is the fact that they are way overpriced. The worst prices in the area.

The owners and employees are so nice and very helpful. This is my go to store. If they dont have what your looking for just ask them about it and they will have it within the week. Hands down best smoke shop in Inverness!
