Extremely nice staff, prices were high but exclusivity and convenience in an area can carry the prices. Going back today for CBD oil. Internet purchase is always recommended when you have the time to order something you can't touch before you buy or buy from someone you don't know and can't take legal action if necessary. And crappy customers usually get crappy service.

I've had two bad experiences here. One is where they tried to sell my sister a vape kit that was $65 OVER retail. He got mad when we tried to take a picture to go price it elsewhere. He made up some nonsense about how vendors get mad if customers take pictures. To be clear, I do not believe he was telling the truth. This is highly scummy behavior imo. The second experience was today, a Sunday. They were the only place open, so I went to buy some vape liquid. Most of their liquid was overpriced. Not worth the convenience, to me anyways. I don't wish them ill, I just won't go back.

I had the best experience at the Smokin Lion yesterday. The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about vaping. I learned so much and all my questions were answered. Great products and super customer service. They spent close to 2 hours helping me make my decisions. Ignore the negative reviews, I almost didn't go there because of a couple and I am thankful I went anyway.

Walked in with NO face mask told me I had to put one on then said there is a big sign outside that said if no face mask limit your time in store and they said ya but the small sign says you have to wear one. May want to have correct signage on your doors for customers and make a decision mask or no mask!!

Ignore the hateful reviews by people who are mad at the store for not being carelessly reckless with the law. I’m visiting my hometown and needed some equipment to smoke with. A friend recommended this shop and I’m so glad she did. I walked in and was amazed by the variety of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The staff was very helpful, they asked me what I wanted and showed me their options - the cheapest and the most expensive. There was a variety of everything you could want. It was like a dream. Lol. I ended up getting a completely quartz water pipe that he showed me by dropping it on the counter. It was unharmed. Great, since my husband always break our water pipes. He also asked me what tools I needed, if I wanted a cap - which I didn’t know what it was but he showed me and I got one of a gnome! So cute! Hard choice with all the other options. My metal tool has Smokey the bear on it ;) and they have nice torches with good grips. They were also nice enough to fill up my torch for me so I wouldn’t have to buy butane, although they even have a wide variety of butane available. The service was impeccable. The variety of choices is a dream. And the atmosphere is comfortable. I have a new place to stop every time I’m in town now :)

Great smoke shop. Huge selection of glass and supplies. Extremely clean, with friendly staff. To ensure our safety, they are asking us to wear masks. Glad they are back open.
