"Top Notch" Customer Service. I was new to vaping so had a lot of questions and concerns. They spent a lot of time with me. I decided to go with the Smok Procolor which they assembled and explained in detail how to "click" through the screens. I was so satisfied with this particular mod I bought another one for a family member. I also took their recommendation on getting a battery charger and extra set of batteries. Now I don't have to wait to vape while the mod's charging. I just switch out batteries (which is easy to do) and I "don't miss a vape." The two guys that have helped me were Logan and Hunter. Very pleased and satisfied with this place. Won't go anywhere else. Excellent Customer Service!
