HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . We walked in to spend some money on cigars to hand out as gifts for a party . I asked the owner or the cashier, “ can we go in the humidifier room?” He had no smile or personality at all he said ,”Yes.”With a little hesitation. My husband and I walked in the humidifier room by ourselves.I saw the owner from my peripheral proceed to go straight in the office to look at his camera. To the owner or cashier on 4/21/18 @ 3:00 pm, I work for the -----and, I would never steal from our community. Oh yeah, DO NOT go there, go to the Smoke Shop North from the Brass Pipe. The Smoke Shop have the best customer service and, they have a lounge in there to smoke.

Roland is an old friend. It speaks for itself when someone has had his business in the same location for all these years. Never know who you may bump into at the Brass Pipe. I met Mr.Sam Walton at the store, asking for 4 copies of Forbes, he had just made the cover. Just don't get no better than Roland and the guys at The Brass Pipe!
