They are so helpful with even the most pain in the ass problems and questions! The prices rock and the juice flavors are great! I'm so glad that I was at Walmart when I googled " what's the closest Vale store to me?" :-)

I bought a breeze here about a month ago. I liked it but the battery kept dying extremely fast. So I just went and bought the same breeze from a different vape store and that's when I realized I was beyond ripped off. There were all the correct o-rings in the new package, which still had the plastic wrap around it. The one I purchased from elephant vape for a higher price had only two small o-rings, it wasn't in the plastic packaging, it didn't even have the sleeve that goes around the box. Also I noticed from the day I bought it, every time I hit it I would cough. I thought it was because I was just quitting cigarettes and getting reused to vaping. Even with a fresh coil it was harsh. Not at all the case with my brand new breeze. The battery of the new breeze has lasted almost all day. I'd get maybe 3 hours of life out of the one I bought from elephant vape "brand new". The lady who sold it to me was nice but I am beyond upset with the fact I was under the impression I was getting a new product when in fact I was not.
